
Founder
Katrin Feldhaus founded IVY Legal Search after practicing as a litigation associate at Hunton Andrews Kurth, where she focused on complex commercial and cross-border disputes. She also participated in recruiting and hiring, which informs her practical view of how leading firms evaluate lateral candidates.
She advises attorneys at all career stages on lateral strategy and execution. Her work centers on clear positioning, rigorous preparation, and candid market context.
Katrin earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law after completing an LL.M. at USC Gould School of Law and a dual law degree at the University of Hamburg School of Law.
She is fluent in German and has lived and studied in both the United States and Germany. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two rescue dogs and traveling.
